Tip of the Season

Summer is in full swing! Barbeques and parties quickly fill up the schedule leaving little time to devote towards home projects. If you find yourself with a growing list of things to do, give yourself a break and let me handle your projects for you.

Summer is a great time to take care of things like:

Pressure washing your home's exterior and cleaning all the windows inside and out.

Have you looked at the outside of your home lately? It’s amazing how much dirt will accumulate over time. If your home can benefit from a thorough cleaning, I can do it for you. Dirt and black deposits will be gone and your home will sparkle.

Interior and Exterior painting projects.

If your exterior paint is peeling or faded, or you have a different color in mind for your kitchen walls, give me a call. I can give your home a fresh new look inside or out. Nothing livens up a home like fresh paint.

Driveway repair and seal coating.

Give your driveway a new look and protect the asphalt from damage, I will fill the cracks and apply a high quality seal coat product. I can also freshen up and clean concrete driveways and walkways using a pressure washer and specialized cleaners.

Wood deck cleaning and conditioning.

Is your deck faded and dull looking? I can remove all the dirt with a good cleaning and then protect it with a high quality stain or sealer. Doing this will prolong the life of the wood and give it a fresh new look.

Screen repairs.

Keep the bugs out of your home during the summer by repairing any worn or damaged window screens. Bugs can find even the smallest holes and invade your home. I can repair or replace any damaged screens you may have.

Ceiling fans.

Have you been thinking of putting a ceiling fan somewhere in your house?
I don’t think I need to explain the benefits of having a ceiling fan in a room.
I can install fans and the required additional bracing to support the weight of the fan.
